Kid Franklin’s Family Beach Mansion On Fire

About this video

Episode 85 starts off with nothing but love, peace, and fresh beginnings. After Francine gives birth to Baby Johnson, the entire Clinton family finally feels like they can breathe again. Kid Franklin is glowing with pride, acting like the happiest big brother ever, whispering to Baby Johnson early in the morning before heading to school. For the first time in a long time, everything feels normal.

No missions. No court drama. No chaos. Just family. As the day moves forward, Franklin heads to school thinking it’s just another regular morning in Los Santos. Franklin Sr. and Francine step out to check on a new property, trying to make smart moves for their growing family. The beach mansion — the place they’ve been rebuilding their lives in — is left behind, quiet and peaceful… or so it seems. Then they come back.

And everything changes. What they walk into turns this episode from wholesome family vibes into pure panic in seconds. Sirens, screaming, confusion, and disbelief fill the air as the Clintons are forced to face something they never imagined could happen — especially so soon after welcoming a new baby into the family.

This episode is emotional, shocking, and full of that “wait… what?” energy that defines this series. The final moments will leave you staring at the screen wondering how life flipped this fast… again.
