Governor Trevor's Daughter's NEW Millionaire Mansion

About this video

Welcome back to Governor Trevor Real Life Mod – Episode 5, and in this very special chapter, we’re celebrating Trixie’s 20th birthday in the most unforgettable way possible!

Governor Trevor may be busy transforming Los Santos on the political front, but today he shows his softer side as a proud father. For Trixie’s milestone birthday, he surprises her with something way beyond expectations — a brand new $250,000 mansion in the heart of Vinewood Hills!

Now, don’t let the price tag fool you — while $250K is extremely affordable for such a prime location, Governor Trevor pulled some strings, made a few political calls, and locked down the deal like only a true power player could.

The mansion is not over-the-top, but it’s sleek, classy, and absolutely perfect for a young woman starting her journey into adulthood. A guest bedroom with en-suite A luxurious main suite for Trixie with its own spa-style bathroom A second-floor spacious lounge/living area Mini-golf setup for relaxing afternoons Basketball court out back for fun and fitness

And on the rooftop? A full helipad, ready for whenever Trixie wants to fly in style But what really makes this property shine is the unmatched view of Los Santos. From the balcony to the rooftop, Trixie now owns one of the most scenic homes in the city — thanks to her dad’s love, connections, and belief in giving his daughter the best start in life.

She’s not just the Governor’s daughter, she’s Trixie — the newest homeowner in Vinewood Hills.
