Franklin’s Pregnant Girlfriend Got Into a Serious Car Crash

About this video

In this emotional and dramatic new episode of GTA 5 Real Life Mod Remastered Season 4 (Episode 42), Franklin’s long-awaited trip to Sri Lanka for his quadruplets’ 7th birthday takes a devastating turn that no one could have seen coming.

What began as a beautiful and joyful celebration on Pigeon Island quickly turns into chaos and heartbreak. After the birthday festivities, Franklin’s girlfriend Aaliyah, now pregnant, decides to meet up with an old high school friend. She insists on taking a short ride in a tuk-tuk, a traditional Sri Lankan vehicle, despite Franklin’s concerns.

Moments later, Franklin hears the resort manager screaming for help. When he rushes outside, he’s confronted with a nightmare: the tuk-tuk is completely wrecked against a palm tree, and Aaliyah is unconscious inside. Franklin’s heart sinks as memories of painful moments with Mia flood back, making him wonder if tragedy is about to strike his family again.

The resort staff explains that paramedics are on the way, but with no immediate answers about Aaliyah or the baby’s condition, the fear and uncertainty are overwhelming. Franklin, desperate and shaken, begins praying on the spot, asking God to protect Aaliyah and the unborn child.

Even in this dark moment, Franklin can’t help but let his humor slip through, nervously joking about how unbelievable it is that Aaliyah crashed in a tuk-tuk of all things. But beneath the jokes lies pure heartbreak, as he realizes how fragile life can be.
