About this video

Welcome back to GTA 5 Youngster Franklin Episode 44! Franklin and Mia have finally moved into their exclusive new dream mansion in Australia, but their peaceful night is about to take an unexpected turn. The house looks beautiful, modern, and safe, yet one part of the property was never mentioned during the sale.

After flying from Sydney, the Australian realtor meets Franklin to finish the deal. He confirms that the mansion cost 260,000 Australian dollars and congratulates Franklin and Mia on their new home. Before leaving, however, the realtor shares a strange secret. Somewhere inside the GTA 5 mansion is a hidden underground room, and Franklin's family placed a private package inside it.

This GTA 5 Real Life Mod episode takes Franklin deep below his Australian mansion. The underground area is dark, quiet, and very different from the luxury rooms upstairs. What did Franklin's family leave for him? Is it a gift, an important message, or another warning connected to Los Santos?

When Franklin finally reaches the secret room, the mood changes fast. The package contains news that could affect Franklin, Mia, their future babies, and the entire Clinton family. Franklin thought Australia would give them peace, but trouble from Los Santos may already be following them.

Mia is safe and sleeping inside their new mansion while Franklin faces another difficult choice. Time is moving, his father may need help, and Franklin must decide whether to return to Los Santos alone or bring Mia with him. Taking her could be dangerous, but leaving his wife in Australia could also create problems.
