Determined to find answers, Franklin contacts his intelligent friend Norbit and asks him to investigate the mystery behind the leaked messages. As Norbit begins digging through online records, social media accounts, and hacker activity, he discovers a clue that leaves Franklin completely stunned. The investigation points toward Johnson. Franklin’s own little brother.

While Franklin tries to explain everything to Mia and repair their relationship, the situation suddenly becomes even worse. Police sirens begin echoing across World Cup Island. Officers arrive at the luxury island community. And Franklin rushes outside to witness something he never expected. Johnson is standing there in handcuffs.

According to the police investigation, Johnson allegedly stole a luxury boat from a wealthy woman near Vespucci Beach and used it to travel all the way from Los Santos to the private World Cup Island without permission. Now the entire island is talking about it. Mia is shocked. Franklin is confused. And Johnson is facing serious criminal charges.
